Jurisdiction and applicable law
This agreement is governed by current laws in Argentina. Any controversy in this agreement like interpretation, period of validity, fulfillment or existance will be submitted to arbitration of the Arbitration and Mediation Center – according to the current regulations of that court. The location for that arbitration will be in the city of Buenos Aires and the procedures will be taken in Spanish.
We do NOT accept any change or return, except for manufacturing failures, which have to be proved by our technicians.
In that cases, D+LED is in charge ONLY for changing the product, but nor for the installation or any other expenditure.
